Going Online
Webwork Fast and Easy?
Whaaat?
But that’s what I offer.
And it came about almost as an accident …
The Internet in 1996
I’ve been running businesses since 1976. A bookkeeping business, an advertising specialty company, an answering service with round-the-clock operators in San Francisco, several voicemail companies, a private detective agency, a musical instrument manufacturing company, and more recently returning to an early passion: providing counseling services and small “life-skills” classes.
Kind of an eclectic brew, but I’ve always been interested in different things.
Including the internet, which seemed to become visible back around 1996, and I was so eager to learn to build a website. Over the years, in my own businesses and those of friends and clients, I’ve built hundreds of websites … using a couple dozen different website-building tools.
It was all rather fun, but remember, I was running a business always, and so over time I naturally gravitated to web-creation methods that were fast, and stable.
The “Best” Solutions
In this search, almost by accident, I’ve learned how to create a website very quickly, how to add the features that actually make your website more attractive and useful to your customers, and — important! — how to avoid wasting time and wasting money on stuff that doesn’t matter to your bottom line.
- I’ve learned how you can have beautiful websites created fast, how to add audio, video, online stores, forms, and automated email sequences. I’ve learned how to create bonus materials (written, audio, video) you can use to entice your customers.
… - You can have a powerful method to capture visitors email addresses so as to (legally and ethically) send them follow-up email *that they have requested* so that you can present your sales message over and over and over again. (Remember: statistics have repeatedly shown that a buyer typically purchases on his *ninth* exposure to your selling message. That’s why follow-up email can work so well!)
… - But there are pitfalls to avoid, that can snare the unwary. Things to avoid in email marketing, things to avoid in webwork.
… - There are invisible hazards to avoid. And workable, tested solutions you can have working for you fast. For example, what are the three imperative steps to take before even beginning a website? (Clue: Your life goals, the business that would provide fulfillment of your life-goals, and then the hard-working website that would contribute to that business operation!)
Almost by accident, I can do all these, rather quick and easy.
And I can do that for you.
High Priced? Or Effective?
You can hire fancier designers. You can hire larger firms. You can hire people who will sell you thousands of dollars of slick-looking online gadgets.
And in most of those cases, the guy doing the work has never operated any business in his life.
It’s kind of like buying a gadget at the hardware store that has lights and knobs and things that make whizzing noises … but when it comes to your bottom line, it does nothing at all.
Or … you can hire me. And together we’ll quickly and effectively add to your bottom line.
I’ll be looking forward to your call, to see how I might be of service.
